Originally from the North West of England and later North Wales, Andy’s love for Northern Soul started as a teenager. The music was all around him and it continues to be a big part of his life to this day.

Living in North Wales it was a relatively simple journey (train and later car) to the iconic Wigan Casino which Andy attended from 1976 till 1979. Andy has lived in Milton Keynes with his wife Kathy since 1984 when he was transferred with work from Wales to London. His two children live a stone’s throw from Stony Stratford with their partners and dogs.

 

Now retired, Andy DJ’s at various Northern Soul Clubs in the locality and wider. His Northern Soul and Motown show will air every week and will be played 100% on vinyl. It will transport you back to the heady days and for those of you new to Northern Soul introduce you to an amazing genre.
